The Government of the Republic of Angola has received a loan from the World Bank (WB) and the French Development Agency (AFD) to implement the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the revision of the PLANIRRIGA documents and to build a database in the QGIS program, including all data that can be extracted from existing reports after updating, ensuring full consistency with the referenced TOR.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) shall be submitted in English, using Forms I, II, III and IV that are part of the TOR and must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) by the deadline of September 17, 2021 at 15h30 local time.
